We are looking forward to performing at St. Marks Church in Natland near Kendal, on Friday 16th April at 7pm. This is the first time we have performed at Natland and we are very pleased to be invited to share the evening with Natland Primary School.

As you might have noticed things have changed around here; we have a new-look web site (should be easier for us to keep it up to date) and a new section for photos.

Our new contrabass made it onto the local news! Have a look at the news article online. This appeal brought us another £250 in donations!

The contrabass flute has arrived!

After many months of fundraising, we were finally able to purchase a Contrabass flute from Eva Kingma, which we received at the start of January and have used in two of our rehearsals. This gigantic flute means that Suzanne has to come even earlier to set up and our practice room is a little crowded these days, but I am sure that everyone would agree that it was worth every penny and will be good to show off in our concerts in March!
